James was helpful and knew exactly what to do to guide me through my insurance confusion. He explains and makes sure I understand whatever it is I needed to know. He’s great especially for new comers first experience with insurance. I’d definitely would recommend him to friends and family. I will be looking forward to working and getting more help from him in the future.
