James was helpful and knew exactly what to do to guide me through my insurance confusion. He explains and makes sure I understand whatever it is I needed to know. He’s great especially for new comers first experience with insurance. I’d definitely would recommend him to friends and family. I will be looking forward to working and getting more help from him in the future.

Insurance shopping can be very difficult but James went above and beyond to explain the process step by step and made it so much easier for me to understand.
