I moved from Canada and had difficulty finding a reasonable car insurance policy in Austin. James was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the process clearly. Very attentive and always quick to help or reply to my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Lone Mountain Insurance if you are looking for car insurance.

I must say, Annick was very persistent in contacting me regarding my insurance needs. I’m glad she did! At first, I was skeptical and was just going to keep my current policy since it didn’t go up. I looked her and the company up, to make sure it was real, read the reviews, and decided, why not? Annick saved me and my family $500 today! Was very pleasant to talk to. Explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I am very thankful that she kept reaching out. This is how they make a living, but they also saves a lot of people money. It’s a win-win! Go ahead and send your current policy and see if she can get you a better deal! It doesn’t hurt, I promise. It may actually end up brightening your day ☺️ Thank you, Annick!
